Newport Crest is a community of town homes that allows its owners to enjoy ocean breezes year round and is just blocks from the ocean.

 

It is bordered by Superior Avenue and 15th Street and is located above Pacific Coast Highway. Ticonderoga is the entrance in to the community.

Newport Crest features 2 and 3 level homes that are 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms and was built in 1973 by Bob Grant.
