Chicago Ribs is located at the corner of Brookhurst and Yorktown at 9901 Yorktown in Huntington Beach. Their number is 714-963-7427.
If you're looking for a good rib dinner at a more reasonable price than many other rib companies, Chicago Ribs is a great place to try.
My favorite is the baby back rib and shrimp combination. I really enjoy pouring on the barbeque sauce.
The serving sizes at the Chicago Ribs are generous and easily split with the kids, at least when their young, maybe not so much with the teenagers. Also, if you have an Entertainment Book, there's a two for one coupon which makes it an even better deal.
The other things I really enjoy Chicago Ribs are their cornbread and baked beans.
We usually stop in a couple of times a year and enjoy ourselves when we go.
The decor is some what eclectic and mismatched though I find it a nice place to take the kids for a good rib dinner.
If you have a hankering for reasonably priced baby back ribs, stop on by and enjoy a few at the Chicago Ribs, and don't forget to bring your coupon.

Christine--The name of the restaurant caught my attention--Chicago Rib. Love Chicago's food and I love ribs. Makes my mouth water just thinking about dinner and it's not even time for breakfast.

I love a good rib place - those ribs look great. A good friend of mine from Chicago competes in the annual Memphis BBQ. Angling for an invitation to next year's event.
