If you want to put a little more pizzaz into your photos of this home, add some silk trees, plants, and some accent colors. It looks a little bland.
I see from all your blogs that you specialize in Costa Mesa. We just had one of our staged properties sell there. The address is 2104 Canyon Circle, Costa Mesa. It was totally vacant and on the market a long time before we staged it.
