The Port Streets is one of Newport Beach's premiere neighborhoods and is beloved by its residents for many things.

The Port Streets were built in 3 phases between 1966 and 1974. The phases are Harbor View, Newport Hills and Seawind. It was one of Donald Bren's earliest developments, and though the original six models were fairly modest in size, today many of the homes have been remodeled or completely rebuilt, resulting in many custom homes.

The Port Streets were built around a Central Park concept with lots of greenbelt area. In addition, to this and the clubhouses and pools, the Port Streets also feature the award winning Anderson Elementary school in the middle and Bonita Canyon Sports Parks along the north and west borders. Bonita Canyon Sports Parks feature tennis courts, tot lots, baseball and soccer fields, picnic areas, restrooms and more.

Fashion Island and John Wayne are both just minutes away, making these homes very conveniently located.
