Costa Mesa Concerts in the Park
This year, Costa Mesa continues its tradition of Concerts in the Park. The concerts are held at Fairview Park which is located along Placentia next to Estancia High School.
The Concerts in the Park run from July 5 to August 2, 2011 each Tuesday night. They run from 5:30pm to 7:45pm, and the music starts at 6:15.
In addition to the music, Concerts in the Park also have kids' activities including face painting. There is also food which can be purchased there.
The bands are as follows:
July 5 - The Peggy Nelson Project - Current and Past Top 40 Hits
July 12 - Time Bomb - Classic Rock
July 19 - Help! - Beatles Tribute Band
July 26 - Flattop Tom and His Jumpcats - Swing, Blues, Oldies
August 2 - Dan Krikorian Band - Acoustic, Pop and Folk
So, come on by. Bring a blanket and a picnic and come enjoy the music and activities. We'll be there with our kids.
