Why Do Children Get Such Simple Pleasures Out of Life? Do We Just Make It All Too Complicated?
As I sit here and try to write posts about short sales and when a buyer should engage a Realtor, I am watching my children. One is playing with the puppy and the other is tossing toys in the air.
All, I can think is something is going to get broken as the toy goes higher and higher in the air, and yet he's having a great time.
Do we just forget how to enjoy the simple pleasures in life? Is there something innate in children that helps them to find joy in the smallest things?
Do we need to relearn this ability from them?
How much more fun would life be with this attitude, including not worrying when the photo's not great because they won't hold still?
