If You Don't Trust Me and Respect My Knowledge, We Shouldn't Be Working Together
I have been a licensed real estate broker for a dozen years and was around the industry for 20 years before that. This means that I'm not a neophyte. And, in that time, I've picked up a fair amount of knowledge that I use to help my clients make the best decisions about their home purchases and home sales in Orange County.
I understand that it takes time to get to know me and believe in my knowledge and capabilities, but after a couple of meetings or two, if you still don't trust me or respect my knowledge, I'm probably not the right real estate consultant for you.

I know that you don't want to give your home away.
And, I want to make sure you get as much money
for your home as possible. If you truly believe I just want
to underprice your home for a quick sale, you don't know
me very well. My goal is to build lifelong relationships with
my clients and to have a business where most of my clients
come by referral. I can't accomplish that by not taking
care of my clients. I do it by keeping your needs in the
forefront of what I do.
However, you have to understand that that the fact that your home was worth $1,000,000 in 2006 has nothing to do with the value today. Times have changed, and if you truly want to sell your home, you need to accept that.
On the buyer side, if you are buying a home, you need to understand that although the median values in Orange County may have come down 40% from the high, they are not down 70%, and sellers understand the value of their home. When I recommend an offer price, it is based on the comparable sales and is calculated to give you the best chance to actually purchase the home without losing out to another offer or over paying for the property.
If you don't believe that I have your best interest at heart, then it is time for you to find another Realtor to help you, one that you can trust because it is important to the success of your real estate transaction that you believe in your Realtor's knowledge.
If on the other hand as you read through my blog and listen to my client's own words about my services, you realize that I am sincere in my desire to help you, please give me a call at 714-319-9751 so that we can help you with your real estate needs.
